It has been brought to our attention that many of the specialty products we use in our homes in Tres Canadas are in great demand, with few supplies, so we will be offering Canterra Stone, fountains, fireplaces, and exterior & interior archways and surface finishes.
What we have done is build a relationship with one of the largest consolidators in the region. He represents hundreds of private manufacturers, and is willing to pass on to you the fruits of his labor.
We will also have a great variety of Marble finishes for floors, walls, counter tops, and tables.
Our resources for doors in iron, glass, and mesquite wood are unbelievable, and all are custom made for individual properties. We also have sinks in marble, copper, and canterra; and will have the ability to customize kitchen cabinetry and custom cabinetry.
We have also developed some amazing electrical fixtures in the form of chandeliers and wall sconces.

Our resources are the direct manufacturer, there are no middle men to go through or extra people to pay.
Because we use these people in each home we build, it only makes sense to offer these products and services to you, our customers, for your own new home or remodel. These products will be available in the U.S, keeping in mind freight concerns.

When dealing with individual artists who have unique skillsets, it is sometimes difficult
to hold them to firm prices for long periods of time. We constantly negotiate with them
in an effort to be fair yet generous to them. Prices may vary depending on finish,
material, and/or quantity. Please do not hesitate to ask for a quote on anything you
would like.
The biggest issue may be shipping.
If you are located in Ajijic, freight is not an issue. In fact we may be able to
install what you have purchased. If however, your purchase is going to the United
States we use consolidators to save money. These consolidators will combine different
products and palletize the purchases for best protection and security. We will arrange
the shipping and duty in order to maximize load capacity while reducing the overall
freight costs to our customers.
