It has been brought to our attention that many of the specialty products we use in our homes in Tres Canadas are in great demand, with few supplies, so we will be offering Canterra Stone, fountains, fireplaces, and exterior & interior archways and surface finishes.

We will also have a great variety of Marble finishes for floors, walls, counter tops, and tables.

Our resources for doors in iron, glass, and mesquite wod are unbelievable, and all are custom made for individual properties. We also have sinks in marble, copper, and canterra; and will have the ability to customize kitchen cabinetry and custom cabinetry.

We have also developed some amazing electrical fixtures in the form of chandeliers and wall sconces.

Ajijic Design will be a showroom, not only for these design specialties but for furniture of all types as well as home accents, including pottery, iron works, art work, and candles.

This store will be one of a kind in the area, and we will entertain franchise ideas throughout the United States.

Our resources are the direct manufacturer, there are no middle men to go through or extra people to pay. Most of these resources are friends and businesses that Melvin had worked with for years.

Because we use these people in each home we build, it would only make sense to offer them to you, our customers for your own new home or remodel. These products will be available in the U.S, keeping in mind freight concerns.

One of our partners, Bill Elliott, has been coming to the Guadalajara area for over 6 years and has become enamored by the people, climate, and over all quality of life. When he joined Alan Bruns, a major Disney construction contracting firm President, and Mike Calhoun, an extremely successful Central Florida developer, the three flew to Mexico and joined Luis Camarena Martinez, a Central Mexico attorney with generations of experience to create Lakeside Developments.

The newest member of the Lakeside Development Team is Melvin Pagan. He has been in the import-export business for over 15 years and has been doing business in the Guadalajara/Ajijic area during that entire period. He will be the driving force behind the newest development, "Ajijic Design".
